Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy

A short set of ground rules so Everbridge stays safe, useful and legal for everyone. Please read them before you start planning.

Last updated: July 16, 2026
This page is maintained by Everbridge Consulting Ltd to answer common questions about the Everbridge service. It is not a certification and does not create any warranty or contract on its own. Where the service is built on the Lovable platform, platform-provided controls are described factually; the legal terms of your relationship with Everbridge are set by the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how Everbridge is meant to be used. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies whenever you interact with the Everbridge website, dashboard or the AI Travel Crew.

2. No illegal or harmful use

You must not use Everbridge to:

  • Break any law, sanction or regulation.
  • Facilitate travel that is illegal in the origin or destination country.
  • Harass, threaten, defame or harm other people.
  • Generate content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence or hate, or infringes intellectual-property rights.
  • Deceive Everbridge or third parties (e.g. false identity, stolen payment details, false travel purposes for visa or immigration fraud).

3. No abuse of the platform

  • Do not attempt to bypass credits, rate limits or paywalls.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, scrape, mirror or systematically extract Everbridge outputs to build a competing product.
  • Do not probe, penetration-test or attack the Service without our written permission.
  • Do not upload malware, run automation that degrades the Service, or interfere with other users' experience.
  • Do not use the Service to generate spam, mass-mailing content or misleading advertising.

4. Working with AI outputs

AI-generated recommendations can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for your situation. Always confirm important information — prices, opening hours, visa rules, health advisories — with the underlying provider before booking or traveling. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on Everbridge outputs.

5. One account per person

Each account is for a single user. Do not share your password or let others use your credits. Businesses that need multiple seats should contact us.

6. Reporting abuse or vulnerabilities

If you see behavior that violates this policy — or believe you have found a security issue — please tell us. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you in good faith.

Please do not publicly disclose a security issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it.

7. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account closure without refund, and — where appropriate — referral to law-enforcement authorities. We may act with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the issue.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the "last updated" date reflecting when changes took effect.
