This page is maintained by Everbridge Consulting Ltd to answer common questions about the Everbridge service. It is not a certification and does not create any warranty or contract on its own. Where the service is built on the Lovable platform, platform-provided controls are described factually; the legal terms of your relationship with Everbridge are set by the Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Everbridge is operated by Everbridge Consulting Ltd ("Everbridge", "we", "us"). We provide an AI-assisted travel planning service that helps travelers discover destinations, build itineraries and organize their trips using a credit-based pricing model.

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Everbridge website and any connected user accounts, dashboards and services (together, the "Service").

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver the Service:

  • Account data you provide during checkout: first and last name, email address, password (hashed), promo code and payment method.
  • Order data: credits purchased, currency, total price, order status and any billing correspondence.
  • Trip inputs you submit to the AI Travel Crew, such as destinations, dates, budgets and preferences.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, referrer and pages visited.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How we use your data

  • Create and secure your Everbridge account.
  • Process orders and add credits to your balance after payment.
  • Operate the AI Travel Crew and generate personalized recommendations.
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, bank details, receipts).
  • Maintain the security, reliability and performance of the Service.
  • Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under written contracts and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Email delivery providers used for order and account emails.
  • Analytics and error monitoring providers, only if you accept optional cookies.
  • Payment processors and banks, when you pay by card or bank transfer. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Legal, accounting and professional advisers, and public authorities when required by law.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it. You can request a copy of the safeguards we use at the contact address below.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here. Typical retention periods:

  • Account and profile data: while your account is active, and up to 24 months after closure.
  • Order and invoice data: for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically 6–10 years).
  • Trip inputs and outputs: until you delete them or close your account.
  • Support correspondence: up to 24 months after resolution.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to receive a portable copy, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security; we recommend using a strong, unique password and keeping your credentials confidential.

10. Children

Everbridge is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice.

12. Contact

For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
