Terms of Service

By creating a Everbridge account, buying credits or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Everbridge Consulting Ltd

Everbridge provides AI-assisted travel planning, including destination discovery, flight and hotel recommendations, itineraries, restaurant and experience guides, budget optimization and packing lists. Some features are labeled "Coming soon" and may not be available yet.

Recommendations produced by the AI Travel Crew are informational. Prices, availability, opening hours, visa rules and travel conditions can change at any time. Always confirm important details with the provider before booking or traveling.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Everbridge.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or pose a security risk.

• Prices are set in EUR. One credit costs €0.10. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative and calculated from a reference EUR rate.
• Credits are non-refundable once the corresponding order has been paid and credits have been added to your balance, except where required by law or in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• Promotional and welcome codes have their own conditions, including one-time-use limits and eligibility for first orders only.

We currently accept bank transfer. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are labeled "Coming soon" until we enable them. When you place a bank-transfer order, we email you the transfer details; credits are added to your balance once the transfer clears (typically within 1–2 business days).

You are responsible for any bank fees on your side. Any taxes required by your jurisdiction may be added at checkout or on the invoice.

You agree to use Everbridge in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits or credits, or submit content that is illegal, harmful or infringes on others' rights.

Everbridge, its logo, design system and underlying software are owned by Everbridge AI, Inc. and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

You keep the rights you have in the trip inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to process those inputs to deliver the Service to you.

Everbridge may link to hotels, airlines, restaurants and other providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those third parties. Bookings you make with them are governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everbridge disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that recommendations will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular trip.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everbridge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Everbridge in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Everbridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or travel opportunities.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including credits already used, payment obligations, IP, disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Everbridge Consulting Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
