Refund Policy

If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here's exactly when a refund is possible and how to request one.

This page is maintained by Everbridge Consulting Ltd to answer common questions about the Everbridge service. It is not a certification and does not create any warranty or contract on its own. Where the service is built on the Lovable platform, platform-provided controls are described factually; the legal terms of your relationship with Everbridge are set by the Terms of Service.

1. Summary

Everbridge sells credits that you can spend on AI travel services inside your account. This Refund Policy explains when a refund can be requested, what is refundable, and how the process works.

  • Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • Used credits are not refundable, as the corresponding service has been delivered.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments are always refundable.

2. EU / UK statutory withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or the UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services like Everbridge:

  • You may withdraw and receive a full refund at any point within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started using the credits.
  • Once you begin using the AI Travel Services (for example, running a Destination Discovery or generating an Itinerary), you accept that the service is being provided and lose the right of withdrawal for the credits that have already been spent.

3. How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • The email address used on your Everbridge account.
  • The order date and approximate amount.
  • The reason for the request (optional but helpful).

We normally review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional time to clear.

4. What is not refundable

  • Credits that have already been used to generate a recommendation, itinerary or other output.
  • Promotional or bonus credits added on top of a paid pack (only the paid portion is eligible).
  • Any bank or payment provider fees incurred on your side.
  • Losses arising from bookings you made with third parties based on Everbridge recommendations — those are governed by the third party's own refund rules.

5. Cancellations before payment

If you placed a bank-transfer order but have not yet paid, you can cancel it at any time simply by not paying. No credits will be added and there is nothing to refund.

6. Disputed transactions

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a formal chargeback.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the "last updated" date. Orders placed under an earlier version keep the rules that were in effect at the time of purchase.
