Cookie Policy

This page lists the cookies and local-storage entries Everbridge uses, what each one does, and how to control them.

Last updated: July 16, 2026
This page is maintained by Everbridge Consulting Ltd to answer common questions about the Everbridge service. It is not a certification and does not create any warranty or contract on its own. Where the service is built on the Lovable platform, platform-provided controls are described factually; the legal terms of your relationship with Everbridge are set by the Terms of Service.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember information about your visit — such as your language or session — and allow site owners to measure how the site is used. In this policy, "cookies" also covers similar technologies such as local storage.

2. What Everbridge uses

Everbridge uses two categories of cookies and local-storage entries:

NameTypePurposeDuration
everbridge_session_v1EssentialStores your order and dashboard state.Until cleared
everbridge_welcome_promo_v1EssentialStores your personal 5% welcome code.Until cleared
everbridge_cookie_consent_v1EssentialRemembers your cookie preferences.12 months
everbridge_analytics_*Analytics (optional)Aggregated usage measurement.Up to 13 months

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not sell your data.

3. Your choices

When you first visit the site, we ask you to accept all cookies or reject non-essential ones. Essential cookies are always active because the Service could not function without them.

  • You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage and revisiting the site.
  • You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — see the help pages of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge for instructions.
  • Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service (login, checkout, dashboard) from working.

4. Third-party cookies

If you accept optional cookies, our analytics provider may set cookies on your device to measure aggregated usage. These providers are contractually restricted to processing data on our behalf. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Changes to this policy

As our tooling evolves we may update this Cookie Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated in the product.
